Notes Pattern has errors!
Back band is too short, you have to cut to long bands (in stead of one, like in the pattern) otherwise you can't tie your skirt with the bands.
No description of how to fix the wrap band, but with a bit of imagination it can be fixed.
I made a lining in the top part (about 10 cm above the knee).

    The skirt doesn't open too much when walking or sitting, the overal fit is just fine.
