This is a very form fitting pattern. I thought that because it was called a "blouson" it would have some +ve ease but it actually has -ve ease. At my weight I need ease - I just cannot wear such a form fitting pattern. I usually need an FBA so I did one on this front but only added 2 inches length and a dart - did not increase the bust size. This was just the right amount of added length to keep the hemline level. The pattern fits very well in the shoulders and across the front. The armhole is fairly high (European) which I like.

The form fitting arms are fine as is the length and the sleeve length.
I might try this again either grading up a couple of inches or perhaps re-ordering the pattern, increasing my pattern measurements.
