    I made this dress out of a slight stretch JERSEY FABRIC and the sleeves were from the FREE PATTERNS 5378. It was a Jacket sleeve and I made it a bit smaller and pleated round the cuffs up to six inches and sewn the RED BUTTONS on. Lovely Pattern to work with and nice to wear. I also altered the neck so it was a bit more open.
