Notes Fabric: polyester Triple crepe with birds & dots pattern. It is a heavy weight fabric with amazing draping quality.
I lined the full dress for more comfortable wear . Lining: lightweight summer knit lining, nude color
Pattern: I ordered the pattern with lower waist because I often lower the waist by 5 cm so I will try this option. It worked fine.
I had some difficulties to place the shoulder pleats: i had to reposition the waist darts they were not symmetrical any longer...
Also had to lower the neckline to have it similar to the picture.
The pattern was more complicated than i expected it to be.
I modified the pleats on the skirt part, to make it more flattering: adding additional drapes around the waist. I also want them to appear more regular.
I had difficulties it did not hang as expected so it took me a lot of time to finish it. I do not think i have the courage of making another one in a while ...

    Indeed because as I moved drapes i had to readjust darts and pattern as well

    It had to be a lot of work, but the drapes look quite unusual and I like it a lot. Beautiful dress.
