Notes	I made this skirt because the picture of it looked so nice. The pattern has flaws because the top layer is actually to big for the lower layer. I used a foiled printed pleated poly knit. The foil print sparkles in the light. The pleats are somewhat like a plisse fabric. I had difficulty sewing with this fabric.
