Notes | Loosely inspired by: BursaStyle Blazer Style Blouse 05/2015 #106B - http://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/blazer-style-blouse-052015 Yardage: 1.75 yards of 60" wide fabric. Hope this helps: See the picture of my cutting layout (60" wide, 1.75 yards long). I am making approximately Size 12 (bust 34, waist 27, hip 36) with an extra 2" at the hem for a longer length. Also, the grainline for the two sleeve pieces points upward on the printed pattern, whereas the grainline points downward for all other pieces. I flipped this, so that the sleeves follow the same grainline direction as the other pieces. Therefore, my cutting layout may be a little different than yours, but it will still be about 1.75 yards (maybe 2 yards, to be safe) for a size 12-ish garment. |
