Pattern does not include lining pieces only the front and back facings. Pattern cutting directions did not make this clear.

Possible options for lining:
Option #1 no double lining, only facings
Option #2 cut lining with the same pattern as the outer shell (with out facings).
Option #3 Make your own lining patter by subtracting the facing from the front-back patter and add seam allowances

I did option #3 --- the inside of my jacket turned out better then the outside. This could be my choice in fabric. I also shorten the bell sleeve by 5cm (3 inches) to make it look right.
