Note I use 3 pieces of 35-40 cm large strips of lightweight viscose crepe fabric I have for ages. I find this pattern is good for patchworking and using remnants.
I don’t have enough fabric to make full length sleeves and the flaps and the collar. I will shorten the sleeves, use white fabric to contrast and complete missing parts and added a bias binding flat piping along the button placket. I did not do the pleated piece because it is quicker and I like it this way too. But the pleated version is nice too !
Update: because the fabric is so thin I am worried that the armhole is going to fray and split. I am going to add an extra fabric in the back width to allow more width, hoping that is enough.
Also I misplaced the collar pattern piece so I drafted one myself but the original one for me needed a little more curve : I obtained that by taking in a cm only from the upper length of the collar stand piece, leaving the lower part length the same.
