For personal preference I skipped the sleeves and finished the arm cycle with bands from same fabric; adjusted the arm hole for good fit as it was loose.
Also i cut the front pieces of the dress as one piece instead of two pieces,and raised the neckline a bit by couple of centimeters.
I recommend the pattern for a fuller bust women as after the adjustments, is still somewhat loose in that area for me.
