Заметки	I actually made this a test dress for another purpose. Made of this velour, the dress didn't look very flattering in my opinion, so I cut it. The intention was to make it tunic-length, but I cut too much, so it works well as a blouse. Thus, the skirt part remained long enough to turn it into a mini skirt. Which I'm really not going to wear without pants :). Fortunately, there was still enough fabric left for the wide waist slit. Fortunately, those bags disappear when you put on your clothes. The fitting mannequin is slightly "skinnier" than my own figure.
