| Notes | I made some changes to the pattern: I didn't add the drawstring in the waist and I changed the closure from snap buttons to a zipper. I also added a full lining and added an extra layer of fleece as well, just for extra warmth. Because of the changes (mainly for the lining and the zipper), I did have to change some things to the pattern (make the front placket into a facing and make pattern pieces for the lining). I am extremely happy with the outcome. The fabric is very out there, but I do love it. The fit of this jacket is very very good, even without the drawstring. It is quite long, which will be perfect for colder days. |
