| 笔记 | I chose the Sarafan with Buckles as I needed a six panel column dress for a customer with voluptuous curves where a standard issue pattern would need too much adjusting. Lekala's to size pattern drafting was ideal and all I needed to add to this pattern to fulfil the look the client was after was a stand collar and the specially shaped sleeves. The built in belt on this pattern was also great in that it allowed for adjustment to fit in wear. The fitting for this was also done in the depths of the Pandemic lockdown and over video so for the pattern to make up so well to her measurements with little adjustment required was even better. So successful was it that we're both up for similar again, adapting one of Lekala's made to measure patterns of course |
