笔记 I made this shirt in a lightweight linen and a cut-up polyester trim in almost exactly the same colour. I reduced the amount of gathering below the decorative yoke to almost nothing.

I've lost weight since I made it and the picture was taken after I had taken the side seams in by an inch on each side.

I like this shirt a lot and have gotten a lot of wear from it.

    Hi Jane. I remember the shirt being longer than I had expected, so it is a longer design. However, it does hang a few cm lower now because I am a bit smaller inside it :P

    A good idea to do the front part with lace. Has become a nice blouse......have it myself :)

    I really like the lace inset you added. Did you make the top a little longer than it was on the original pattern? I like this pattern and am considering getting it.
